The first annual Chili Cook Off was a great success. $445.00 was raised. Congratulation to US Bankruptcy Eastern District-"Chambers Chili (#3)"for winning the Judges Choice. The agency will They were presented a CFC Plaque. Thanks to the following Judges-James McDevitt-US Attorney Washington, Karen Fairlee-Spokane Postmaster and Tim Henkel-United Way-CEO.

The Tasters Choice Awards went to: 1st place US border Patrol"Thin Green Line (#14), 2nd place TSA "Rock&Roll Chili(#9)" and third place NIOSH-"Grant King (#8). They each received a certificate from the Border Patrol. Congratulations to all winners and entries.

Thanks to Chief Robert Harris, Border Patrol and his staff for coming up with this year theme. This year theme will be "Chili Cook-Off". Is your Chili Tough Enough to compete with the Border Patrol? Encouraging all Federal, Postal and Military organization to compete.
